Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch modality that uses anatomical presicion, finely attuned attention, and tension balancing to correct misalignments and tension patterns within the body's craniosacral system. This therapy can address any number of concerns related to body and spirit, and has been shown particularly useful for relieving symptoms of headache, chronic neck and back pain, migraines, and emotional or traumatic stress. Scroll down to learn more about different styles of craniosacral therapy sessions.
There is no additional charge for specialty bodywork or "add-ons". When you book a session with us, you pay only for the length of time with your particular therapist. Things traditionally considered "add-ons" to massage (heat packs, aromatherapy, & hot stones) are included at no extra charge. Not all therapists use these tools, so if they are important to you, please contact us in advance of your booking to find the right therapist. The crystals create a grid to increase the flow of reiki channeled towards your healing. Reiki is a form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body. The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing.

This combination session utilizes the acutely perceptive skills of craniosacral therapy to identify focus areas, and addresses those areas with CST, fascial release, or other techniques. These sessions are typically more manipulative than traditional CST, but gentler than traditional massage. Combining modalities can yield more lasting results, as the CST helps the nervous system re-write tension patterns in the body.

As the body expresses its lived stories in present time, we consciously create conditions for change, where the body may bring unfinished issues to the foreground to transmute them. These sessions may or may not include touch.
