Virtual Q&A

Book Alchemical Alignment
Alexander Technique is an educational movement practice that heightens awareness, improves posture, reduces pain and tension, and encourages ease and efficiency in action. Through verbal cueing and gentle touch, practitioners guide individuals through everyday movements, such as sitting, standing, typing, walking, etc. Students become mindful of their daily habits to facilitate healthy change and coordinated movement. A highly anatomical, non-invasive therapy that uses very light touch, attention, and intention to correct misalignments and restricting tension patterns within the body's craniosacral system. This therapy can address any number of concerns related to body and spirit, and has been shown particularly useful for relieving symptoms of headache, chronic neck and back pain, migraines, and emotional or traumatic stress. Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing. Visceral manipulation uses light to medium touch and highly attuned sensory perception to identify and relieve strain patterns in the internal organs. Common examples are the liver, stomach, intestines, and and lungs. This work is indicated to have positive effect on abdominal restrictions, scar tissues, blood supply, and some back pain.
