Metta Integrative Wellness Coop is an employee-owned massage & bodywork business in Hampden. We offer services from therapeutic massage to Reiki, craniosacral therapy, movement re-education, neuromuscular therapy & more. Our therapists specialize in helping our clients synthesize their wellness practices into daily life, reducing stress, improving overall health and immunity, and generally improving wellness and quality of life. Massage therapy is also proven to help clients manage pain as well as or better than opioid treatments.

We have a new offer for businesses who want to invest in employees' wellness. For a monthly fee paid by the business, enrolled employees can receive discounts from 20%-100% on any of our services! This is a great way to bolster your employees' health benefits with preventative and pain-relieving care that is usually not covered by a health insurance plan. Employees who experience chronic stress or other health conditions (pain, fatigue, depression & anxiety, autoimmune disorders) and employees recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries may find this especially beneficial.

How It Works

Your business pays a monthly membership fee for each enrolled employee. Membership costs vary based on the number of enrolled employees and the percentage discount the employee receives. For example, if you enroll 3 employees for a 30% off benefit (unlimited plan), your business pays $96 monthly. Your enrolled employees can book any service we offer and pay only 70% of our regular rate – savings of $29.70 - $33.00 per 60-minute Massage or $40.50-$43.50 per 90-minute Massage (our two most popular services). There are no monthly limits, so employees who book services more often save even more!

We recommend individuals receive bodywork once monthly as great preventative or pain management care. Some conditions or individuals could benefit from more frequency of services.

We offer unlimited plans for employee discounts of 20%-40%. For employee discounts of 50% or greater, we offer custom, limited plans, meaning employees can book only once per month, with rollover up to 3 months.
