I have over 14 years of experience partnering with individuals, couples, and families to identify and achieve goals and cultivate a meaningful and fulfilling life. My goals in therapy are three-fold: 1) Amplify our healing powers of compassion, curiosity, creativity and connectedness. 2) Reprocess traumatic memories and nervous system responses/triggers. 3) Unpack the complexities of human beliefs and behaviors to intentionally redefine and reclaim the story of ourselves and our experiences.
