Your appointment time is designated just for you! That’s why we require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations, in order to be able to fill your appointment slot. If your cancellation occurs less than 48 hours in advance, full payment is required in order to pay your therapist for their time.

Masks are required for entry to our building, and in all public areas at all times. Please bring an N95, KN95, or equivalent to your appointment. If you cannot, one will be provided for you.
By mutual agreement, therapist and/or client may remove masks inside the private treatment rooms only.
Please be respectful of your therapist’s preference, and default to staying masked if there is disagreement between parties.
If it is very important for you to be unmasked during your session for health or other reasons, please contact us in advance of your session to be sure your therapist is comfortable with the decision.
Gift Card purchases are made through our booking website, Vagaro.com.
All gift cards are created electronically and will be automatically delivered to the sender. You will have the option to deliver it to the recipient by email, or you may print the copy received to your email and deliver it by hand.
A paper gift card on our card stock can be made by hand and sent to you or the recipient by request. To make your request, please forward your receipt email to firstname.lastname@example.org with address delivery information.
If you have trouble with our online system or prefer to purchase a gift card by email or over the phone, please email email@example.com or call 443-456-8208. Please note that we return phone calls within 24-48 hours; and we can respond to email more promptly.

• 60-minute Massage: $89-$110
• 90-minute Massage: $124-$145

All gift cards expire after 1 year. Expired gift cards, as well as any gift cards or credits purchased before 4/1/2020* will not be honored. (*See below for details.)
Unfortunately we cannot receive payment from your insurance company. Payment is due in full at the time of your session.
If you would like to request reimbursement from your insurance company* or HSA, we will gladly provide you with a detailed, coded invoice for your session. Simply ask your therapist after your appointment, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please allow 48 hours for us to produce the documentation for you.
*If you are requesting insurance reimbursement, your provider will likely need a diagnosis code. We cannot provide this for you; it must come from a doctor. We will gladly provide you with a diagnosis referral form that your physician can complete.
We have individual treatment rooms only. For couples who would like to come in together, you may book separate appointments at the same time using the “Tandem/Couples Massage” service. The treatments will be done in separate rooms. If you need help, please contact us.
You must book at least 12 hours in advance. Depending on the therapist, our schedules can fill up about 2-4 weeks out, so we recommend that you book early! Availability will depend on the season, the day, the time, and on the individual therapist’s schedule.
