Nyesha Roberts, RMP

Nyesha Roberts is a Registered Massage Practitioner, practicing massage since 2013 in the Baltimore area. Nyesha believes massage is useful and effective method to release physical and emotional stress while increasing mind and body awareness.Having a clinical approach, Nyesha strives to bring the body to anatomical position to ease discomfort. Treatment is customized around the muscular structures and energetic properties in and around the body. Nyesha incorporates Warm/Cold Stones, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Cupping and Myofascial release based on goals set prior to the session. She also offers these modalities to pregnant clients.

Molly Farwell, LMT

Molly is a Maryland-licensed massage therapist (LMT) and certified practitioner of Integrative Reflexology (R), graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute, in Silver Spring, MD. Her training includes over 100 hours of study and practice in trauma-informed care within and beyond the bodywork field. Her previous work as an immigration legal assistant inspired a passion for working with survivors of gender-based and domestic violence to re-integrate touch as a safe, nurturing, and empowering experience.

Molly employs a gentle, slow approach to bodywork therapy, which is recommendable for treating persons suffering from stress-related tension and chronic pain. Gentle bodywork practices, including yoga, massage, and other techniques, are gradually becoming recognized as effective treatment options for PTSD and other stress-related pathologies.


Stephanie Barger, RMP

Stephanie has forever honored the mind-body connection. After moving to Baltimore in 2010 to complete the 768-hour program at the Baltimore School of Massage, she became nationally-certified through the NCBTMB and a Maryland-Registered Practitioner. Her sessions are patient and intuitive, a blend of restorative Swedish & Deep Tissue (but not too deep), Trigger Point therapy, her own interpretations of the Trager method, as well as myofascial release techniques and aromatherapy. She aims to create an experiential environment with unique attention to the energetic surroundings, sights, smells, and sounds. Responsive and sensitive to everyone’s individual needs for therapeutic massage, she is devoted to helping her clients achieve a greater sense of balance and Self.

Courtney is a licensed registered massage practitioner in the state of Maryland. Over the past 6 years, she has gained the knowledge and experience to provide goal oriented services for her clientele. She specializes in a multitude of modalities including, deep tissue, swedish, pre and post-natal massage, reflexology, cupping therapy, sports massage, and stretching. Together we can build a custom plan to achieve your wellness goals. Courtney is also a professional Tarot reader, event and ritual facilitator, and proud Momma. 






Nathan Nevius, LMT, BS

Nathan offers a collective therapeutic expertise with an emphasis in fascial distortion therapy. Predominantly, he works with issues of chronic pain, muscle soreness, chronic fatigue, and stress. As a former acrobat and children’s gymnastics coach, Nathan also knows first hand about the physical challenges that come with intensive physical  activity. He can skillfully help facilitate safe and effective maintenance of the body.

Nathan is a NCBTMB Board Certified, Stated licensed massage therapist, and has been in practice since 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Maryland, and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the Fascia Research Society.

Lindsay graduated from the Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore and is a Nationally Certified Registered Massage Practitioner. Having grown up in a holistic household, she was drawn to massage therapy at an early age. Impassioned with the idea of mind/body connection, she brings a nurturing energy to each session. She has had training in various modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi-Lomi, myofascial release, Reiki, and cupping, which she intuitively incorporates into her work. Combining that with a slow, soothing touch, she aims to help each client find balance, peace, and body awareness.







Dawn Blais, LMT

Dawn has been working in the natural health field for thirteen years. She is a state certified and licensed massage therapist, Shiatsu Therapist as well as a Yoga Teacher. She has had training in Shiatsu, acupressure, Zero Balancing, Thai massage, Reiki, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Guasha, and more. She has benefited immensely from learning all of these healing modalities and feels a strong commitment to share this knowledge with others whether in passing or in a professional setting. She is always open to learning new modalities and learning from others experience and expertise whether as a student or a teacher. She strives to approach things with a beginners mind and an open heart.





Sarah Strahorn, LMT

Sarah Strahorn has been practicing massage therapy for 14 years in the Baltimore area. Her first love is deep tissue. She enjoys combining trigger point work, sports stretching, traction, and myofascial to offer her clients relaxation and pain relief for days!

Sarah believes that massage should be deep- and deeply relaxing ; a combination of breathing, focused body awareness, and positive visualization. She enjoys working with athletes, senior citizens, pregnant women, office workers, artists, nurses, accountants etc.

Sarah strives to listen to the subtle and not so subtle messages that people’s bodies send. She is ever evolving and sharpening  her powers of observation in quest to be a healing presence in the world.

Lainie Smith is a Nationally Certified and Maryland State Licensed Massage Therapist. A graduate from the Holistic Massage Training Institute of Baltimore, she specializes in therapeutic massage, energy work, and whole body healing therapies. Her innovative approach to holistic wellness offers an array of services that can assist you in reconnecting your body, mind, and soul.  With practices such as Reiki, relaxation massage, shiatsu, and pregnancy massage, she will help you realign your energy and intention to help cultivate a rejuvenated spirit within yourself.  She strives to help you blossom to your full potential and relieve the stresses of every day life with massage therapy and energy work.





Laura Kalman, LMT, Founder

Laura is the founder of Metta Integrative Wellness Center and a Nationally Certified and State Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her professional training at the Baltimore School of Massage and the Baan Hom Samunphrai Herbal Health and Training Center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Since graduating from massage school in 2005, she has continued to refine her skills and expand her therapeutic knowledge so that she may better serve her clients and community.

Laura specialized in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Traditional Thai Massage and is also trained in Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Abdominal Massage), Cupping Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, and Aromatherapy. In 2012, Laura completed the 200 hour Jivan Yoga Teacher Training with Anjali Sunita at Baltimore Yoga Village. Laura’s massages are tailored towards each client’s unique needs, and she always integrates multiple modalities into treatments in order to get the best results possible.
